Excellent value and service for kids parties. Great alternative to kids play centres and you don't have 1000 kids running around and 6 other parties going on!

I wish i could give less stars. The meals were okbut the 'service'wowee, the staff there must really hate their job. Low on smiles, low on gratitude, even leaving I tried to grab someone's attention to give them a chance to leave a nice final impression on me, but the sour-faced staff all avoided any interaction with us as we left. Never coming back here that's for sure!

Best christmas day ever. Thankyou Vale hotel we had such a great day. The highlight was santa came and gave our 2 year old a present. Buffet was out of this world and food was 5 star

Very hungry on a Monday and thought I would have kebab meal but they were closed so realised I could have a pub meal at the Vale as it was almost 6pm. Glad I did They had a full lobster mornay offer for $33. Excellent. Wash down with 2 schooners of James Squire and the world is a beautiful place.

Below average food at above average prices. So much good food around, only real reason to come here is for a group to have drinks and a bite.

Nice venue but no dietary markings (e. GF) available on the menu and they had the old menu online so I had to call up and ask what I could eat. There was a curry (without roti), a salad, a risotto and steak (without chips) which is fairly standard for a pub. I had the smoked salmon risotto and ate about a quarter of it at most as it was sickeningly rich. The rest of my party seemed satisfied with their meals although two of us ordered lemon line bitters and one was good and mine had way too much bitters so the consistency isn't there.
