My favourite hotel in Melbourne! There is nothing not to like about this place. A list of the outstanding aspects: all staff, rooms and cleanliness, breakfast, room service food, coffee shop downstairs, location. I’ve been upgraded a few times too.

Each employee I have encountered has been a professional. I'd like to mention the concierge, Benjamin M., who has gone out of his way to make my trip to Melbourne better.
The facility is nice, the beds are very comfortable, and the attached coffee shop is top notch.
There are many, many excellent restaurants and high-end bars within walking distance.
I look forward to my next stay at this hotel.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

The service was exceptional. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a feeling of elegance. Check out time was 11am which worked very well for us and although we missed breakfast the staff were helpful in making sure we found somewhere to eat nearby.

The atmosphere was great! Lovely service and amazing food. It's easy to find and there are lovely people to help direct you. Would definitely recommend. Located in the city, it doesn't take long to walk from the surrounding train stations.

Great location in a quiet part of the city. The room was clean and well appointed. Buffet breakfast was really good. Very happy with the service and we would stay there again.

Clean, modern trendy decor, friendly wait staff. Baby chair provided. Buffet is good if you're looking for sinply a variety of western food though nothing too fancy. Seafood included, and a few desert types. Could do with better or unique take on cuisines given Melbourne is known for its cultured tastes

Absolutely 5 star experience. Room was modern and clean. TV was large. Breakfast was good and location was perfect. Much better than the dated sofitel hotel. Will be staying again.

Staff is great - everyone here really aims to please. Kudos to whoever is hiring and training. A great location. Rooms are furnished very well, but unfortunately many are about 10 feet from another building and the people across can see right into your room (plus no view). The gym is also very small for size of hotel (and shared with apartments in same building) and it isn't cleaned often. Breakfast, while pricey, is amazing.

We came to use the spa and massage and staff here is amazing I must say one the best customer service that I have experienced. From spa receptionist, massage therapist to rooftop bar staff are really nice. Great service and highly recommended!

Just came to the rooftop bar for some drinks because other nearby rooftop bars were full. It's a great little place, and it seems a lot of people don't know about it. Drinks are well priced and it is a great area to sit around, relax and chat with friends. Highly recommended!
