Attended a charity ball last night. The staff were very professional and courteous. The atmosphere was spectacular and everyone seemed to be having lots of fun. The venue was easy to locate and there was ample parking in the basement Carpark; it was free! The catering was good and there was plenty to eat.

We visited Beau Monde as a potential venue for an event. They have recently had a lot of modernisation work done and it is really starting to get back some of its former glory. Definitely worth considering.

Was at a professional development workshop in the upstairs conference room. Was clean, standard set up with pens, notepads, water, mints supplied on tables. Morning tea was scones with jam and cream, with coffee and hot water, teabags provided. Only real complaint was the air conditioner got a bit noisy at times. Convenient location on Doncaster Rd near Eastern Freeway, undercover car parking provided, frequent 902 and 907 Smartbuses pass the front with bus stops nearby.

Nice clean room. Breakfast was good and served very quickly. Good location. Only let down was the noisy air conditioner-but that wouldn't stop me staying again. Recommended.

Good for dinner as well. Limited menu but different options. Can get busy on tour bus days and special days, i.e. mothers day, but you can check this when you book.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfy. The service was exceptional (special thanks to one of the cleaners who helped us carry our bags to the car because the lift was a bit slow).

Room looked nothing like the photos on the website and could not provide room configuration as described online. Badly in need of a refurbishment. However staff were lovely and the free undercover parking and it's close proximity to shopping centres was a big plus.
