I was there for a work function and the location was very easy to find, plenty of parking available and the function area, waiting area, bar and restaraunt all had a very luxurious feel to it.

Rooms were very clean and quite large for the price. They went out. Of their way to get a room with a wall I shower due to personal needs.

There was no water in our appartment , we told them and they gave 2 jugs of water, no flushing toilet or anything. Told front desk they gave us a used uncleared room to shower in and had to wake family 5:30sm to move to that used room. Very disappointing , they said they would arrange a discount because of all the issues and send us an email after talking to their manager it was never done either one of them! Wow great customer service!

My stay was great.. fantastic customer service i had a very spacious room and clean. Certainly recommended. ..i will definitely come back. i received a welcome drink too.. :)

Absolutely horrible. The room was not very clean. Carpet very stained. Mould in shower. Tv remote was broken. Did not replace when asked, just put new batteries in after being told it was only the channel buttons that did not work. Buffet breakfast was luke warm. Poached eggs way over cooked. The boiling water in the urn was only just warm. Waited at bar for service for over 3 minutes. DO NOT STAY IN THIS DINGHY DUMP!

Location of Hotel is well connected with trams. The hall is good for events for 120 people. The hotel is usually crowded and rooms are small in size.if you want to b connected in city it's a good choice for a budget room

This is a convenient location and will work in a pinch, but not very comfortable for long-term stays. We stayed in the apartment building, which is older and lacks an elevator. We had to drag our baggage up and down the stairs.
The room was dated but seemed clean enough. The bedrooms face the street though and the traffic noise was loud and awful. The remote to the air conditioner unit in our room was broken - held together by tape!
The apt itself isn't sound proof either. The people talking in the hallway sound like they are in the next room.
The bathroom has been updated but they forgot to include a place to set things down! There is literally no where to put things except the floor! And you don't want to put anything on the floor because it's perpetually wet.

Really hate giving bad reviews. Staff were good. Rooms were good. But I'm sorry. A $300 security deposit is excessive. Management should reconsider this approach.

I'm updating my review because while we stayed here we got bed bugs. My husband during our stay and I got them the day after we left. We realised that they never changed the sheets once and wonder if they've ever changed the sheets before we stayed. Obviously they didn't because bed bugs would be killed from the hot dryer. I would never come back here ever again.

Simple but comfortable. Nicely decorated and very clean. Good service and lots of amenities. Sauna, gym, pool, restaurant, cafe and bottle shop. Guests can do their own laundry or use the laundry service. Secure parking onsite and very affordable. Can be loud at night especially on ground floor. Parking garage on has very tight spaces on strange angles. Elevators are available but very small. Some rooms are completely windowless.
