Excellent place to relax and unwind. The room was clean, comfy bed and pillows, clean sheets and bathroom. The breakfast was superb!!
We stayed for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and they gave us a free upgrade with the best view and a bottle of wine. Thanks Mercure for a wonderful stay!response / report this review -

the only good experience is the checkout every staff had issues in customer service(except the reception lady checking out)

I can't give this place more than one star after the terrible customer service we received after leaving the hotel. We left an international travel adaptor in the room and enquired as to whether they had found it. They said they had, but because it was worth less than the postage they weren't going to send it and hung up. We were going to offer to have someone local pick it up and didn't even get a chance to get the words out.
I've stayed in Mercure's many times, but this will be the last. Just takes one terrible employee to have lost many years of repeat business because they have no manners and didn't want to spend $2 on postage.response / report this review -

Everything about this place is amazing. Highly recommend everything about it, from the golf, to the food to the accommodation, we enjoyed our time here very much.

Went there for the weekend recently. The TV did not work the whole night. It was stuck on one channel and had to turn it off manually and that is after having the batteries changed in the remote. The views we had from our room was a huge mobile phone tower, no views like their web site. The split system in the room made crackling noises all night and kept us awake with about 1 hour sleep. They also charge $25.00 to have wi fi in your room but I can go to McDonalds and get it for free! It was not even turned on! Would never stay there again and not recommended.
