Not too bad for the money. Wifi was ok and room was clean.
Very concerned about the storage of credit card details being written down in a book when you check in.

Rude receptionist, stingy on sugar, no spoons, waited an hour for some! Never going back!

Budget hotel. Unfortunately the cups were not clean, one of the taps leaked, but it is conveniently located and not expensive.

It's fine, you get what you pay for. The room and bathroom was clean, and if you're staying on a budget, that's what matters. The wifi is very good and free, you'll need to call reception to get the code.

Seriously gross room. We looked online and said there was availability in a standard room for $95, on arrival 5 mins later (a bit before 6pm) the place was closed. Rang bell got the lady to come out who said there was no way Best Western do $95 room. She then said only a spa room available. We were buggered so agreed. Entered the room with spa in the corner. Room was very grubby and needs a good clean. Bed was uncomfortable, no quilt just a rug. I found several hairs under the sheet and long ones on the bed runner. Found several curlies in the spa bath. Kettle was black on the inside. The smoke alarm on the roof was wrapped in a plastic bag - the room smelled of cigarette smoke so suspect a long term visitor wrapped it up to smoke in the room, who know. Having a shower revealed a stench from the pipe work, smelled as though it was directly plumber to raw sewerage!! It is very rare that I would ever review something so poorly but this place would barely earn 3 stars if it were $45 a night. I slept wrapped on towels (these seemed clean), showered in thongs and was out of there quick smart in the morning!!
