I recently called Priority Plumbing to install a sink for us. They said they could have someone here same day, which was great. When the plumber arrived, he said it wouldn't be a problem, and proceeded to start work. After some problems with the measurements (my fault I was told) he installed the sink. Only afterwards did I notice the tap was on the wrong side and the entire mixer had been out on the opposite side of the sink I asked him to put it on. Afterwards, I noticed a leak under the sink. Called them back to tell them to come and fix it only for the same bloke to arrive and say it was something completely different and not their fault. I told them to fix it anyway because it was urgent and I thought he might be right. I'm not a plumber. However, after getting under the sink to clean, I realised the water damage was far worse than realised, and if it had have been present at the time he installed the sink, he was basically negligent in not telling me the first time. So either he caused the leak and lied, or failed to notice it and fix it. Either way, I'm furious.

Had an emergency call out following a sewerage pipe blockage within our Strata. Within 10 minutes of calling for assistance the Technician (Matt) called me back advising he would be there within the hour….and he was.

Matt immediately went to task to shutdown the flow, sending dye and camera equipment through the pipe network to identify the cause…rock debris.

He then returned to the apartment cleaning up the affected area with powerful detergents.

All this was done with empathy to myself and the tenant, willingness to resolve the matter and a smile on his face…despite the ‘shitty’ circumstances.

Brilliant, professional and efficient service. Received a response from Peter within 5 minutes of sending an online enquiry, on a Sunday morning also! He assessed the job thoroughly via photographs and sent Brett his plumber within the hour. What I had been told from another company was going to take half a day, was done in under an hour. Brett was nothing but polite, well mannered and professional who tidied up perfectly. I most certainly will be recommending Priority Plus Plumbing to family and friends. Thank you very much.

I have used Priority Plumbing 3 times now and have been so impressed with the service.

I have had 3 different young men attend and fix the plumbing and everyone of them has been courteous, efficient and just lovely to deal with.

Your company must look after it’s employees and it shows with the high level of service they deliver.
