Whilst the hotel is conveniently located, has a great view from it's 45th floor and a pool, it's old, run down and in need of a renovation. The room I had was very small and some furniture was falling apart. The bathroom was without shampoo (cheap) and it took the staff 2-days to sort it out. The last day I stayed my room wasn't cleaned despite putting a notice on my door. I wouldn't recommend this hotel in light of the price I was charged.

The only good thing is the location.

The bed is the terrible. I woke up in the middle of the night with a very sore back. The pillows are so thin it feels like a blanket folded in half.

You can hear every going on around you at night. From people next door talking to the lift door opening. The money we saved is not worth the pain we received. Will not be coming anytime soon.

Park Regis is extremely convenient, reasonably priced for what you get and is close to all major food establishments in Sydney

Budget, older establishment which is being re-furbished. My room was so quiet I forgot I was in the middle of the city! Comfy bed, friendly staff, fairly amazing view from the roof. Very, very happy with my stay and I'll be back.

Old, run-down, in need of a renovation. The rooms are small, and showing wear. The bed was terrible, and so was the cramped bathroom. The walls are paper thin; I could hear my neighbour going to the toilet! The elevators are old, slow and noisy. They sound like freight trains rattling through the building all night.

I will not be staying here again. I would recommend trying your hardest, and paying a little bit more to stay just about anywhere else.

Great location. average hotel room. Pretty small but not unusual for cbd. Bed was worn out so you could feel the springs. Shower was small and odd heating setup.

Over priced and very poor experience. Room quality, cleanliness and noise all significantly below expectation for price. At $200 pn location would be make it ok.

Perfectly fine as a place to sleep in the city on a night out. Good location and comfortable beds. Rooms are small though and bathrooms are even smaller.
