Nice hotel staff , extremely friendly. Rooms were pretty clean and staff was responsive to issues that came up. Rooms are pretty small in this older hotel. Also, be careful how many devices you plug in, there appears to be only one electrical circuit for the entire room. Bathroom was very small and the top of my head rubbed the ceiling in the shower. I am 6 feet tall for reference. I would stay here again, but I think there are some things a traveler should keep in mind, as noted above.

The Grace is one hotel you have to visit at least once before you die. The service food and reception is second to none. I felt like a superstar whilst I was there.

Great location, especially if you're joining a cruise at the nearby passenger terminal. However rooms are pretty dated and lack modern requirements like power outlets at the bedside tables for charging phones and tablets etc. Bathroom can be cramped and shower water pressure in our room was weak and difficult to adjust for temp. However I was staying while on business, so I didnt spend much time in the room. Rooftop deck and pool is the centrepiece of the property, giving fantastic views over circular quay and to the bridge. Prices can seem astronomical for the basic, old rooms, but you're paying really for location.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Great location in the Rocks and close to the waterfront / opera house and bridge. Lovely friendly staff. Rooms are basic but clean and satisfactory. Restaurant food is good and very reasonably priced. Good WiFi. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for all the reasons given.

Classic looking holiday inn with a chic bar. Went along with friends and couldn't believe that Sydney had this architecture. The bar drinks are good and I would recommend coming here for some quiet time.

Very good hotel, room was a little small. Our room had views out the back of the hotel. Location was good for us as tourists would stay here again. Roof top pool.

Very good location. Situated at The Rocks which is very near the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. Fantastic view of the harbour from the rooftop. Lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. It's also a mere 7-minute walk to the Circular Quay train station where you can take the train to the domestic and international airports. It's also an easy 10-minute walk to the business district. The staff is super nice, friendly and helpful. What I don't likethe rooms are bit small although very cleanand the breakfast menu is quite limited.

The buffet breakfast is fantastic, along with made-to-order options. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the tea and coffee in the room and shower supplies were good. The rooftop pool and hot tub have a great view of the Opera House. We were staying hear during Vivid, and the view was bar-none. Our only complaint would be that the lively noise from the street was a bit loud in our room.

Nice hotel in a great location. The building is an old building in the heart of the rocks, very close to the bridge and opera house. Plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Great value.

The hotel is old and nice. Staffs are really
Helpful and understanding. I faced some problem with my card but the staff helped me out. I had a wonderful stay. It's close to the harbour so one has a lot of choices to eat and drink!

A good location, friendly staff, but a let down on the little things that every hotel should be good at. No room service menu in room, not told at check in. Milk and water not replaced in room. Power outlet broken in bathroom. Bed was comfortable though. Had to ask for feedback card. No follow up. Complete opposite of IHG Holiday Inn at Darling Harbour. a shame.
