Rooms where relatively more spacious than hotels nearby. Prices were relatively cheaper as well. Location is great, in the center of everything.

Fantastic accomodation backed by amazing customer service. The staff were very attentive and really took care of us. They made our first getaway with a baby memorable and we will definitely be staying with them in the future!

The staff displayed arrogance and a lack of customer service unlike anything I've ever experienced. Literally every request was an issue and overall they made me feel horrible. One standing out point was the restaurant and their staff. Absolutely stars

Lovely 5 star hotel. I found it to be a little chilly and I couldn't figure out where all the light switches were. There were at least 6 different locations that I counted for switches within the apartment. But the staff are extremely courtious and helpful. The apartment was lovely.

Great place to relax and having a meal for your own in your own kitchen! All staffs are very friendly with not a fake smile :)
Breakfast was good and nice quality of food but bit oily and heavy as an Asian background person.
Overall my wife and I had awesome time and we would love to come back! My wife already signed in as a member to go back Fraser Suite when we travel to Melbourne.response / report this review -

I always stay here for business, from melbourne and I'm unable to book for one night on a Sunday night as it's apparently a minimum 3 night stay for a single room. Sometimes the bigger picture should be looked at as you have now lost a repeated customer and a company !

The hotel is great. Located close to a great shopping area with plenty of places to eat. The gym is decent and includes a pool and sauna. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated.
