Great spot. Fantastic staff and amenities. Having a balcony and being able to open the windows makes it lots better than other places

Stayed here on Saturday night. Place was easy to find, had parking available for their guest at only $40 for the whole day/night. Reception staff were great. Was very simple to just check in and check out with NO HASSLES** Walks to everything around the city. Highly recommend if you want to stay smack bang in the CBD. Thanks Meriton Pitt St for your great service and spacious suite.

Good service, the rooms were very well fitted and spacious. Location makes thus a pretty good choice. Shame i couldn't work out the cold/hot water pressure. All in all an enjoyable stay for work

They offer all day parking for their guests. The room was perfect and quite spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Will definately be staying here again in the future!

Very disappointed that we were not told about the building across the street being demolished. Woke up to very loud jackhammering. Not the wake up noise I was looking for. Reception never asked about our stay as they didn't want the feed back regarding the constant noise. I strongly Recommend you avoid this hotel until the work is completed try another Meriton in the city away from this demolitionIt was very loud. Not worth the money for your unrest..Meriton have since contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience but a bit late now

This is definitely not a 5 start. Rooms r not g8 and service is realy bad.. we have to call everyday to fill our coffe station and they keep asking them to fill the toiletries. Spider web in room with lot of dust on photo frame.. paid $1600 for 3 night all wasted..not again..

Disappointing stay. We stayed in the PH. The master bedroom was very small. No porters ever. Staff were helpful but not knowledgable. 1 of the 3 lifts not working so the wait to get up and down was excruciating. The building does not have enough lifts (51 floors) so the the wait could be up to 7 minutes just for it to arrive, it then filled very quickly., often people had to wait for another. A/C in the rooms was pretty bad, over cooled one area, under cooled another (bedrooms), in Sydney in the heat this was really frustrating and caused sleepless nights. The A/C was also very loud. Ambient noise from outside was non-existent. Beds were comfortable the pillows were not. Showers leaked (smaller than standard shower cubicle in PH (tiny)). Dishwasher struggled to clean not very dirty dishes and glasses. Kitchen cupboards did not align and close. Sliding doors to balcony were old and difficult to open and close. The room was not serviced each day. Overall the stay was disappointing, the building really needs maintenance.
Meeting others guests waiting for a lift or chatting as the lift took forever once we were in it was the highlight other than the view.

My partner and I stayed here for a second time. The first experience was okay, though the room we had was a little grubby, certainly not a deal breaker though. But I thoroughly enjoyed my second stay. We were surprised with a corner room this time so the apartment had a lot of extra space, a very comfy lounge and kitchen with a great view of the city scape from the balcony. Lovely bedroom with an amazingly comfy bed (I wish I could fit in my suitcase and take it home like the toiletries) with a modern ensuite. Staff were friendly and welcoming as always. The only negative I have this time is I couldn't stay for longer. Thanks Meriton! See you next year. (Tip: Request the corner room, you won't regret it!)
