Arrived and we have been checked in early as the Room was ready which was a wonderful surprise we are on the top floor (27th) Room 2701 with a balcony and being able to sit in the sun and look over Darling Harbour.
Rooms are very clean and only a little dated but a great spot and close to everything.
Friendly staff.

Location is fantastic. Great for shopping in central CBD and equally close to Darling Harbour. Rooms were beautifully presented and very up to date. Staff were courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Great 4 star apartments. Staff are extremely friendly. Go mantra on Kent! The rooms are perfect for travelers and the price is very suitable!

The only reason that I give you one star is because it is Close to the city, shopping mall however, Very dirty and disgusting place. Air circulation isn't right. Mould in the bath. Waste of money.

We had an amazing stay. Received a 1 bedroom apartment with 180 degree city views and a sneak view of Darling Harbour (which was only a couple of minutes walk away). The room was fantastic for the price and the facilities in the room were very useful for a several night stay (would be perfect for an extended stay). The staff were so friendly, accommodating and eager to help and really made the experience for us. The location was very central with lots to do in a close vicinity. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Sydney.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment - The airconditioning was not working could not open any windows to just get some fresh air as all window have locks on them for safety reasons.
No staff to answer the phone to get something done until the next morning so we all cooked for the night No staff on call to answer the phones in Reception until the next morning asked to get a phone call when it was fixed as we were not returning until late that night so staff called to say it was fixed only to return that night late to air con still no good, I advises that no air was coming out of the event in the bedroom in Room 1804 not sure why you would call to say it's working when it's not. I asked for some other fans to be put in the room and nothing was there when we got back,I'm sure the AC is on its last legs.
The rooms were neat and clean but now getting very tired need a renovation.
