We visited the glass brasserie as part of a work lunch. Firstly let me say it felt really good to see people able to dine in again. It was reasonably busy. The food was delicious and lived up to Luke Mangan's reputation. The service was also pleasant and overall we had an enjoyable experience. Prices are what you would expect from a venue like Hilton. Definitely worth the visit.

Room was clean, breakfast was great and service was great. The amenities were beyond poor. Stayed here for one year wedding anniversary and will never return. Pillows were lumpy, toilet roll in room was half used, the spa, sauna and steam room were out of action, not to mention you need to walk into the public street to get to them as they are in the local fitness first. Wouldn’t recommend.

Pros: Great view of Sydney Tower from room and good variety of foods at breakfast buffet.
Cons: Room was not cleaned properly ie hairs found in bathtub, bathroom floor and lounge. Robes provided were rough on skin and there was only one hot option during canapes in executive lounge.

As a family of 4 with 2 kids under 12, we visited the hotel as it had just reopened after lockdown and was initially disappointed that some of the key services were still not open during the week for us to enjoy. However, the hotel manager and the rest of the team made some adjustments to the usual routines and this really made a difference to our stay. I'd really like to thank the team @Hilton Sydney for making our family stay feel special and enjoyable!

It was such a pleasure staying at your Hilton Sydney hotel. Staff were courteous and helpful. Our room and amenities were impeccable which made it a very enjoyable staff. Thank you and well done! See you next time!

Went across to the marble bar with my date. The classic location and the picturesque interiors with the paintings make it a one of kind bar. Easy to find and classy to be in. Highly recommend visiting once. I've stayed at the same Hilton hotel years back and it was memorable indeed. Excellent service.

Conveniently located just across from Queen Victoria building. Perfect for solo traveller or traveller staying for just few days in the city. It is within walking distance of everything. Really comfortable bedding and pillow. Highly recommended.

I was here for 25 Days. Home away from home. Management was accommodating, the hotel has wonderful amenities like a full service spa, pool and modern workout facility. The hotel is centrally located allowing you to walk to Circular Quay and to Surrey Hills for great meals. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent location, luxury rooms, delicious food. Ideal for those with a higher budget looking for a place with every possible amenity.

The front door puts you in short walking distance to the historic QVB and high throughput railways that can deliver you to the footsteps of everywhere you would ever dream of visiting: Sydney Opera House, Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, and the nightlife precincts - to name a few.

Rooms are nice, I really enjoy the pillow menu. The have 5 different pillows based on your level of firmness desired.. I'm a side sleeper so was happy to get 2 options designed for side sleepers... You won't be disappointed with staying here.

This is my favorite hotel in Sydney. The employees are all wonderful. And the lounge is awesome; quality food and great views. The only part that is horrible is the car park. Their secure car park is the most unnecessarily complicated in the world. If you want to experience frustration while paying gouging prices, visit this car park. Avoid this car park if you're driving. Seriously.

Stayed at the hotel for two weeks and enjoyed it. The staff is very professional and attentive to your needs.
The hotel is located close to many tourists attractions and also easily accessible via train.
The hotel is also conveniently located close to restaurants and there is a Woolworth supermarket right across the street. If you like Indian food then Indian restaurant Masala Bowl is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The restaurant offers many types of dishes and prices were also very reasonable.
Highly recommended for business or leisure travel.

Centrally located. Opp QVB n within 150m of Central Station. Rooms at lower level may not have great view as hotel surrounded by high rise buildings. Only certain higher level rooms get better view. Otherwise, room is spacious and clean. Staff generally helpful and polite.

A 4 day stay for business/pleasure exposed the tactics employed by Hilton to make maximum profit. After mucking up the booking, I was charged $2205 for a $635 personal charge with my employer charged the same for the business 2 days. Apparently despite sending copies of my bank statement, they still refuse to acknowledge one of those charges. Note only one charge was authorised and they used my visa with no authority to make a further 2 charges. I have lodged a fraudulent transaction request with my bank and Hilton just act innocent....
.One tip if you disregard and stay; check your invoice carefully. After questioning 2 x $16 minibar charges, they said they would waive with no questions. When asked why I was even charged, they advised the cleaners often bump things setting off minibar sensors. They don't reconcile what is in the fridge, simply charge and hope for the best. The immediate waiving indicates this is a known issue however they choose to continue to just charge and wait/see. I have written a complaint but unsurprisingly, no-one bothered to respond.

    Good luck.... Paul F

4.5 star --- excellent pool/jacuzzi and gym facilities!!!!! Best in Sydney. Really large!!! Stayed in a deluxe room with a king bed! Bed was amazing. However room especially bathroom was on the smaller side compared to other 4.5/5 star hotels in the city. Would rate this a 5 star if room was slightly bigger. Everything else was great though!!!! We only paid $200 for one night which was a fabulous deal. We saw this price on last minute website and than we called Hilton and they price matched. We also had free wifi as we joined their honour club!!! Definitely will stay here again simply for the facilities!!!!!!!! We also arrived at 10am to drop off our bags because

Over priced, but pleasant. There are without doubt nicer hotels and bars in Sydney for the same cost or less... However, it's central, practical and let's face it, most people that stay here are billing their expenses to a company or organization. If I was spending my own money, I'd probably opt for QT around the corner.

I've always been a Hilton fan.

The Hilton Sydney is located a block from Hyde Park, which allows for amazing runs or walks while giving access to many local shops or your favorite chains like Starbucks, etc.

The hotel itself and the staff were truly pleasant, and the gym is top of the class as well (full machines, trainers, pool, sauna... you name it!)

Finally, the only downside is if you're not a Gold member - breakfast is quite pricey. However as a Gold member we had access to the Lounge which offered free food and drinks. Awesome!

Friendly reception. Relaxation Suite was great with a pool sized spa overlooking the Sydney visible all the way to Blue Mountains. Simple afternoon tea in the executive lounge but scones with cream was very nice. Evening canapes session was much better with 3 different hot foods (pizza, spring rolls, chicken skewers), various salads and good quality prawns. Plenty of choices for the alcohol also with wines, spirits, beers and some simple cocktails made to order. Indoor swimming pool was a hit with the kids and there are a big spa, 2 saunas and 2 steam rooms which we enjoyed. Executive lounge breakfast was too simple however. Only boiled eggs and some sausages. No other hot food was available. Good selection of breads, cereals, yogurts and juices though. Overall, excellent 5 star hotel.

Was a very nice place and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly. The only complaint would be that my wife and I paid over $1200 for 1 night for an executive room with breakfast but the breakfast is very basic. Only breads, fruits teas and coffees with little sides to add on breads or use as dips. The buffet breakfast if we wanted it would be an extra $35 each. Other then that I was extremely happy with the services Hilton provided.
