Wonderful stay. The view from the hotel room is amazing. Was here for couple of days. They do serve a decent breakfast, not really rich with many options but still really good. The hotel staffs were really friendly and helpful. It is good hotel for the business people to stay. The rooms are spacious enough. The swimming pool and the fitness center is really nice. The location of the hotel is just okay compared to other hotels in the city.

Nice rooms, excellent breakfast spread, lost one star as the overall building is starting to feel dated and they had some issues with elevators, but the staff were excellent and very helpful. Will definately stay again when in Perth Also easily accessible by car.

Well furnished, clean and comfortable room and I had a nice view. Reception and Concierge both knowledgeable and helpful. Lift is a little bit dodgy - like climbing into a cupboard but definitely a stay I would happily repeat.

I have travelled the world in a business capacity and have stayed in Dubai, Los Angeles, Singapore, Hong Kong and London just to name a few. I would rank Crowne Plaza Perth up there with any of the 5 and 6 star hotels I have stayed in - all the staff, without exception, are cheerful, polite and extremely professional - from James on the Fron Desk Night Audit to Trevor from Room Service. Rooms are always spotless, service always prompt and the check in and stay process is always seamless. I don't know what the GM of this hotel is doing, but big corporations should take note, and take a very big leaf out of his / her book. My favorite hotel in Australia at the moment.

Weekend stay for my birthday. Received a bottle of red wine and some chocolate as a present from the hotel staff which was nice. Staff are all pleasant and hotel is well maintained and facing lovely views of the swan river. The city is in walking distance so great spot to see Perth. Great weekend

As per previous reviews the staff really have a constant high level of customer service, thank you. Breakfast, excellent. Parking within the hotel - Pricey. But on weekends plenty of parking out front. Will be our go to when staying in the city.

This is a lovely place to stay, the staff are so friendly. They even take your bags to your room. Nothing is a trouble to them. Best thing of all the beds are comfortable.

I was attending a training course in a function room. The staff were attentive. Room and facilities were good. Coffee, tea and snacks were provided. Lunch was in the restaurant and was excellent.
