This was my first time buying a brand new car and I have went through multiple car dealerships (10 different dealerships throughout sydney) where they feel like you are wasting their time trying to get my first car and getting information.

This is the first time i felt like the car dealer (Jerry) was there to assist you in every part of the way from picking the right car, selecting the colour and updating you on the car's ETA and following up with you every part of the way! Never left me hanging even once!

I ended up getting a corolla through Jerry's thorough understanding of my needs in a new car and recommending what i wanted at the right price range.

This is what you call awesome customer service! Even followed up with me after my car purchase to ensure that everything with my new car was as i wanted.

Big shout out to Jerry in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that you aren't left in the dark even after handing over your money!

We were on holidays in Victoria when we a spotted a Dual Cab Mazda 4x4 at Mosman Toyota. I rang through a car test was arranged - the test said car was good - contract was sent, money transferred and transportation to Melbourne was arranged. The process was seamless & professional. The service was friendly and accommodating, everything was explained in depth and delivery of the car was easy. Nothing was too much to ask and I couldn't have felt more at ease.

So bad it's not even funny, brake fluid all over rear brake hubs and wheels had to wash it off myself. Very deceitful charged for valve adjustment job was not even done.

Luckily I'm an ex heavy vehicle mechanic and picked this straight away. They didn't deny that it wasn't done and rectified the job also worked on my vehicle without a guard cover and consequently chipped and scratched the paint. Although they did brush touch it up im still far from impressed.

Do yourself a favour and go to a small local professional workshop that takes pride in there workmanship.

I recently purchased a new car.

Chris, Lenka and Layton from Toyota Mosman are probably the most honest people I've met. They not just helped me get the car that i want but the perseverance of getting my car delivered as early as possible reached beyond my expectation despite some road blocks. You get an update from them not just on weekdays but also on weekends regardless they are off or at the office they always happy to take your call.

I never bought a car before in Toyota but i will definite buy from them again or recommend them to my networks.

You guys are the best!!

Being very cautious of this place. I had 2 full services done with a year, the second service had an issue with the air-con, my vehicle came out with the same issue & being unhappy i took it to another garage. The garage said there'd been no filters changed, no repairs made to the air-con, and no oil change as there was barely any oil in.. no work had been done on the vehicle (was suppose to have had a major service). when i went back to complain another customer was complaining as she had wrong parts fitted to her car (she had also taken to another garage for advice).. be very wary of this place not good

Service dept is a shambles. Really unprofessional and I'm happy they havent had to fix anything major. For the second time in the last 6 months I've dropped my car in for a simple job at 7:30am and it wasn't ready at 4:30pm. Understandable for major work but mine wasn't. Staff are quick to fob you off except when you are paying the bill. Keep in mind you are free to service your car at any dealer and there are good ones and bad.

The people there treated us like royalties.
We are very happy that we purchased that car through them.
They took all the time in the world to go through every feature of the car and they all were very professional and delight to deal with.

Leo in service is an absolute legend! I recently bought a 15 year old Landcruiser from another Toyota dealer in the western suburbs. This other dealer promised me the world and totally dropped the ball. One of the key things was providing me with a second key. This ended up being a huge very complex drama (which I will not get into here). Needless to say this was not an easy task. Leo from the service jumped on it and demonstrated an incredible amount of tenacity on getting this done for me. He hit a number of roadblocks and just kept pushing through. This is the kind of service that builds customers for life. I have 4 cars and know where I am taking them from now on. Well done Leo!!! This is an excellent example of exceeding expectations and going the extra mile
