They arrived on time, move fast. Overall not bad job. ONLY one furniture broken
But if you are considering to use them here is the price reference, we move from one house to another house about 5-10 minutes away with standard furniture about 2 hours moving. We paid nearly $2000 for that. So, about 70% ($1300) paid for their trips travel from Moe to here. $330 for each hour travel fee sounds a good job. So be careful of those little tiny unnoticeable words said sth like ‘time count from depot Moe’ if you are from the south Gippsland or bass coast area. Get your wallet ready for a ‘good ’ job.response / report this review -

Ok so I don’t have a moving experience with this company but I know that they almost T boned me today, pulling out of Monash road right in front of my
Partner and I, causing us to nearly crash, I tooted him he then proceeded to yell out the window we had plenty of room which we clearly did not or none of this would of happened. The number plate was HJN047 this man was very rude and very unprofessional would never want them
Moving my belongings let alone him driving the truck the way he did. 😐🥺😠response / report this review -

DO NOT USE AML. To begin with, they will underquote your required container capacity by about 1/2 a container, so you will need to pay another $3,300 you didn't anticipate in order to move your household (they did this to me, my sister and a family friend when we all moved interstate over last summer). You will not know this until you have them there moving you, and at that stage it is too late to book someone else in, so you have no choice but to cough up the extra $. It may not be deliberate, but their lack of skill in providing an accurate estimate will cost you $ that you could possible have saved going with another, more accurate quote.
They will also damage your furniture and not pay the costs required to replace or repair. You are pressured to sign paperwork when the furniture has been unloaded to say all goods have been received and are in good repair, which is very difficult to assess because the unloading process is intense and leaves very little time to look over your furniture. I had a large scratch on my $5000 table, a smashed rocking horse, a big bruise on my $700+ desk and dents put in my fridge and other furniture, which was quoted around $1500+ to repair. AML would only pay me $500.
When I made contact with AML about these damages, and actually quoted part of the contract we had both agreed to that is supposed to cover this sort of damage, I was actually told on the phone by an AML staff member that I was being "an opportunist".

These guys did a great job! They were polite, on time and treated our possessions with respect. We have moved interstate 7 times and these guys were the best by far.
