My hair looks great, Blake was fabulous, as always. The usual warm vibe in the salon, everybody is so friendly, I’ve been coming here around 10 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks to the team for taking such good care of me with my aches and pains in my back, it’s not easy to wash someone’s hair when they are squirming around in the chair but it didn’t phase them at all. You guys are awesome.

I’ve been a loyal Royals client for over a decade. The service and skill set is high. The experience of senior stylists is second to none. The coffee and champagne plus Turkish delight is a lovely add on touch. I’ve got thin hair, been through chemo, and the entire time Blake maintained my locks the best he could under the circumstances. I won’t go anywhere else. I used to fly back from Adelaide to have my hair done.
If you are looking for a budget cut, head elsewhere because here you get the quality you pay for! Royals by name and nature!!!

Love Royals. The atmosphere is so funky and the staff are so friendly. I have been going there for years and have cuts from different hairdressers and they have been consistently good. Treat yourself!

A little bit pricey but worth every cent in terms of skill set. They were very flexible with the appt and my hair looked better than i expected. Staff could be a bit more welcoming though.

the best trip to the hairdresser ive ever experienced! i got my hair coloured for the very first time there and couldnt be any happier than i am with how it was done! not only were the people heaps friendly but the customer service was top notch. i went from my natural dark dark DARK BLACK hair to a beautiful vibrant pink and i couldnt be happier with my experience there, definitely worth the price i paid to get my hair done. thank you so much for the great experience and i hope this 5 star review helps your wonderful business! ♡♡♡

Really disappointed with this place.
I came here after reading such great reviews. The first time I came they gave me so much attention and I was pleasantly surprised, however the next few times I went, I had very disappointing experiences. I described what I wanted (even showed a photo) and 5 hours later (not even exaggerating- as they seemed to double/triple book- I arrived at 10.30am and left at 3.30pm) I was left with something completely different to what I had asked - 5 hours later - they ran out of time to even finish my hair so had to leave without a cut/or blow dry!! Unbelievable!
I explained to them that this was nothing close to the photo and completely different to what I wanted so they rebooked me for another day and not only did they make me pay again but I had the same waiting experience! And I did not see any noticeable difference with my hair. I finally learnt my lesson $530 later and will not be going back.
Advise to the owners- ensure you book one client per hair stylist per appointment, rather then trying to fit in as many clients as you can and double booking. It’s really inconsiderate and you should value your customer’s time.

Layla has been my hairstylist for several years and her great personality and fantastic skills as a hairdresser keep me returning. Family from UK also had her doing their hair whilst visiting and felt she was far better than they had over there.

My experience at Royals was fantastic. I had two hair appointments there last week.I am a new client as I just moved into the area. My hair colour is looking the best it has in years thanks to Jade. I was so impressed with the quality of service that I returned to have hair extensions put in the following day. They look very natural and are stunning. The lovely Shannon put my extensions in. The staff are wonderful because they are highly skilled and care about their client's appearance. Everyone works together to give the client a relaxing experience. I am booking my family members in for hair styles asap.

Recently had my first haircut at royals! I normally have really hard hair to cut but after visiting Travis I love my hair. Great haircut and amazing head massage! Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a skilled team of hairdressers!
