It really depends who you get here. Some of the staff do a good job but some rush through and try to get you out of there as soon as possible. The last 2 times I went there were basically a waste of money.

I’ve been treated here for laser hair removal for a while, and generally find the results of the treatment pretty good.
Last time, my laser hair removal results were patchy.
I contacted the clinic twice but I didn’t hear back, leaving me quite disappointed in the aftercare experience I received.

I have been coming to this clinic for a few skin treatments and am very happy with their outstanding costumer service. The lady who treated me was Rita. She’s is a wonderful and polite therapist. I’m looking forward to be coming for more treatments.

Rita is just delightful. Her kindness, interpersonal skills, and laser technique is just outstanding. I have been having fantastic service over the last two years at Laser Clinics Australia, but have particularly admired Rita's customer service.

She did my hair removal procedure at George St but believe Macquarie st is her home base. Please pass on my thanks.

Horrible services! These girls working there have no idea about anything. 3 times came to this city they are not even capable to make an appointment. Last time I got there i did the app one week before via phone went there no app in their system. This place sucks! 0 skills for all these girls working there. If they are not capable to do such easy things like this I don't want to know abt their performance in dealing with the laser🤐😵

The Laser clinic at Maquarie street has inexperienced/rude staff and poor customer service, very unprofessional.
I had Brazilian done. The staff made me very uncomfortable and rushed me before and after the proceedure. Also missed some areas which created uneven look. Very unhappy and disappointed. As if the pain from the laser isn't enough. Never would recommend this place at Maquarie street.

Double bay clinic on the other hand is professional, lovely and helpful. It's totally out of my way however for the service and the professionalism I would only go to double bay clinic.

I have done a few facial treatments at LCA Macquarie St since 6 years ago and found the service very good and the value for money pretty good for this type of business. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. The clinic is conveniently located for people working in/around Wynyard and Circular Quay.

I’ve been going to Laser Clinic Australia for nearly 12 months and love the service and professionalism of the staff. Katie, is an excellent store manager as she is easy going yet professional, gives me great advice about my treatments and has been looking after me since day one! And if she’s not there, Maissoun looks after me just as well so the handover and seamless customer service is 5 stars! I love that both ladies take the time to listen and work out the best possible treatments to suit my needs. The team at Laser Clinic Australia have regular treatment specials that are competitive in price so why go anywhere else when the service is top notch!
