Had to accept a hire from Cairns to Sydney as min the other way is 21 days cos “high season” ??? Its not
Then they charge you one way fee even though you are doing them a favour by getting the van back to Sydney - 165 ASD. Asked them to waive it - no joy
If you do not fill petrol tank on return they charge you 150 ASD tank hold about 90 ASD if that and 38 ASD to fill the gas too
Getting like the airlines with headline costs and then lots of hidden extras!!
PS van had 234000 kms on clock, lots of damage too - question- how many customers have been charged for damage that had never been repaired?response / report this review -

Camper was mostly good, clean and good facilities. Needed more fuell than expected and the bed wasnt really good.

Britz provide us a comfy and clean camper van full furnished. The staff was very kind, they explained us everything. They also gave us the best itinerary to rich Brisbane from Cairns because of the cyclone and the flooded roads.

Nice and friendly Staff but very old canpervan !!! Avoid the Hitop in this region of Australia!!!! To hot !!!! The air conditioner was not work for some times and the car had more then 250000 kms. Spent a bit more money for a nice big Van with air conditioning inside.
