  Pool smelled and tasted like petrol. Shop items and coffee were EXTREMELY overpriced. BBQ shutoff times were barely visible and cut off quite early. Unmaintained tennis courts. You literally have to pay for spa bubbles. The pool is not heated like stated. Bunk beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were difficult to find. Wifi was the worst I had ever experienced in my I.T life, cutting out every few minutes and only 500mb a day.
  
  I think the only good thing really was the complimentary coffee. You guys really need to step up your game. Especially with the wifi. I will never come back again sorry.

  Nice, level sites with AstroTurf so not dusty. Kitchen is massive with several BBQ's, an oven, flat cooking grills and electric plates. There are also two sinks, a coffee machine and lots of seating. The amenities are nice, clean and plentiful. Reception is very friendly. I'd stay again.

  Liked this park! Well maintained and nice AstroTurf slabs for vans. Amenities were good and limited WiFi was useable. Just a short drive to Bells beach.

  Lovely place for a family holiday. Swimming pools, bouncing pillow, playground, mini golf, community BBQ area, recreation room with air hockey, foosball, tent space, clean, compact cabins, nearby cafes and restaurants and so much more!

  Stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. Clean but a bit on the small side and felt stuffy compared to other cabins I've stayed at. Outdoors has good facilities and play areas for kids. It would have a nicer feel if there were some gardens/landscape to brighten the place up.

  Awesome, stayed a couple of nights on a powered site in a tent. The staff were worried about soggy ground and made sure i was given an appropriate site with synthetic turf. The first night i really cold because of an extreme overnight low temp, my sleeping bag didn't do a good job in spite of its ratings. Next day asked to borrow a blanket, and they were very happy to accommodate me with no charge. A very friendly grounds keeper drives around in his golf buggy

  Friendly lady in reception. We got nice site for our caravan close to amenities which are all sparkling clean. Couldnt ask for better 😉

  After staying at the Torquay Holiday Park I accidentally left my ring and a set of keys at the cabin, the staff we extremely helpful and posted it back to me. Excellent customer service, will definitely be back! Thank you.

  Best campside ever!
  Staff is super friendly, let me in after office hours and picked a perfect campside for me. Felt very safe as a single woman traveller.
  I particularly liked the always-playing music in the bathroom. Everything was very clean and it's a only a short and easy walk to the beach and town centre (15-20min).

  4.5 Stars. A very well laid out park, with every amenity you could wish for, more than ably maintained and cleaned by a most obliging staff, and caretakers who could easily double for very proud owners. Our cabin was more than satisfactory for our needs: clean, comfy and spacious for two old farts our age. A short drive to the beach, was viewed as convenient, as was the proximity to the shopping activities.
