Very happy. Prices cheaper than most online providers. Andrew patiently answered all my queries, gave me some very applicable advice and convinced me to buy something under my budget rather than over. Plenty of parking and they helped me carry it out to the car. Highly recommend.

I had ordered an item I needed to be in Brisbane the next day. On calling to confirm the dispatching time, they assured me my package would go in the post by 3pm that day. It's the day before Christmas and the package has arrived. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Ordered an item from Just Tools and was told that it was in stock and to expect a delivery shortly. Due to a mistake from the courier company the item did not arrive until 5 working days later.
Just Tools went out of their way to rectify the issue and even started organising a replacement to be sent before the original arrived. Not only that, without request, they arranged for the delivery fee to be refunded.
I would not hesitate to recommend Just Tools and will be ordering from them again!
