Satisfactory TV purchase with floor staff made quite unsatisfactory by bolshy,despatch storeman (called Todd) with poor customer service attitude.
His opinion was not asked for and wasn’t helpful or kind, and quite unprofessional. When pulled up about it he just got uppity and worse. Maybe this is why he has a behind-the-scenes role - to limit the damage done?

The service at JB Hifi Claremont is awesome. I returned a Fitbit versa which had stopped working, I didn’t have the receipt which I thought would be a problem. The assistant, Ben kindly helped me retrieve the receipt on my mobile and then to my amazement told me that the Fitbit was under guarantee and could be exchanged for a brand new Fitbit. The service at JB Hifi was impeccable and as I left with my new Fitbit I wanted to share this experience with you.

I spent last night reviewing a voiceover recorded on a cheap microphone with lots of background noise I couldn't cleanly filter :-(. I blearily phoned JB Hi-Fi at Claremont Quarter this morning and asked for a Rode mic that the JB website showed was in stock. The staff member—a young lady: Zara, I think; with apologies if I misheard—was extremely helpful. There was no stock on the shelf, so she phoned me back after finding one out the back, and set it aside for me. I drove in half an hour later, walked to the counter, there it was. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you!

Asked to buy a replacement Apple Watch charger and dismissive sales person told me they didn't sell them and that I should go to the Apple store. Guess they don't want business! They're on JB's Website so instead I went to Malaga where a much friendlier and switched on sales woman found me a charging cable in 5 minutes. Suggest avoiding Claremont JB-HiFi.

Been here dozens of times. There are two guys here that are very helpful (bigger guy and long light brown haired younger guy) but otherwise the service is TERRIBLE!! Unless you are buying a computer or TV (in which case they hound you), you basically have to beg for help. I have spent a combined several hours in this store trying to be assisted. Today was the catalyst for this post. I waited and waited. After asking several associates for help, I went to the register. The woman there called for any available associate. After a few minutes, a lady showed up only to tell me that she'd be back. Meanwhile other team members are standing around putting stickers on DVDs or organising boxes. I don't want to cause a scene, so I wait patiently while looking as if I needed help in the direction of all of the associates not already helping other customers. After the woman who was called does not return for some time, I finally just ask someone AGAIN for help: "I want to buy a printer. I know which one and have no questions. My baby is getting restless. Can someone just please fetch the printer?" Finally some help. No apology from anyone, and more waiting. Save yourself some time, and avoid the Claremont store even if it's closer to home. That's what I'll be doing going forward.

Hate all JB HiFi stores, this one is a tiny bit different though. Staff aren't as demanding, prices are okay. Layout of the store makes me want to vomit.

Friendly and fast service. Particularly good if you are looking for a DVD, computer, games or audio devices. This store often has the newest technology.

Bought a TV. Young sales dude was clueless. Manager just wanted me to sign up for interest free loan. Ended up with wrong TV. Returned to JB in Armadale, dude there was super helpful and no pushing.
