  Rac service was excellent. Car boke down and was towed away. Was fixed the same day was a bit expensive though.

  worst customer service employees extremely rude went to get my engine fixed, got my car back and the radio wasn't working called in to book my car in again, the man I spoke to was super rude and I got no apology for the inconvenience on my behalfwould give no stars but you have to give at least one star

  My car came back with a water leak, they towed the car back and the diagnosis was a leaking windscreen wiper bottle of which they claimed no responsibility. Fair enough, when I investigated the problem I gave up as the bottle is in a position behind the wheel arch protector and I did not want to dismantle this. The w.w. bottle inlet is next to the power steering fluid reservoir and I noticed this fluid to be 20mm below the minimum level.
  After a $424 service, sorry RAC you will not be seeing me again.
