Good place to buy what I want!! I visited with my wife and kids, there was a cozy place for my family to wait about an hour!! Personally I had much time to think and re-think the availability and effectiveness of one of my candidate cars. Actually all the matters start with wife and kid!! It calls distraction!! But I did not feel any of distraction in this GREAT SERVICE.

It is all about customer service. Seems like Big Rock Toyota have completely missed the mark.
Had nothing but dramas from paint issues to warranty and aftercare issues then to top it off finance issues.
Taken over 2 weeks to get a FULL refund for a payment on the car i traded in because it took 10 days for Big Rock Toyota to put the payment through.
Then tried to tell me it was Toyotas fault and that i couldnt get ALL my money back and only when i threatened to go to consumer protection did they realise they stuffed up and immediately fixed it.
Also the nee car sales manager doesnt care if you have a problem. Its not his problem apparently.
Thank you Big Rock Toyota for making me regret buying the car i fell in love with

Dishonest, shady, and I doubt any of the positive reviews are real. Here's my story:
1. They put up an ad for 1 2nd hand Toyota on Gumtree at 13k, and 2 others at 13.5k.
2.I contacted them to ask them about it the 13k car and we arranged a time to meet for the test drive.
3. The morning before the meet, I log onto gumtree, and the ad for the 13000 car is gone. I get to the dealership, and on the spot they told me the 13000 car I was looking for had already been sold. I asked them about the other 2 cars priced at 13500, and they said there were no cars at that price, the best was 14000. I told them was there for the 13000 car, and I wouldn't be buying.
4. I left, and later in the day I get a text from them saying that the manager is "WILLING" to "LET" me buy the car for 13500 (original advertised price on gumtree).
5. I ignored the text, and resume my car search on gumtree. And guess what? 1 day later, the 13000 car that was supposedly already "sold" has popped back onto gumtree!

You KNEW I didn't have a car, that I either had to take a 2hr back and forth train ride to get to your dealership, or inconvenience a friend by borrowing their car. And you let me do it, for a chance to scam me, without giving me the deal you promised me for our meeting.
You've lost my business, and the business of all my friends and family forever. I have to say our interactions were very cordial, but your dishonesty has destroyed any possibility of me buying anything from you.

TLDR: They are shady, crooked and smooth operating con men. Don't let their politeness fool you, they are looking to rip you off and don't even feel bad about it.

We received great service and it is amazing that the staff go over and beyond!! Especially Michael Shore who lent his own private car as a loan car and also dropped my car back at my residence when work was completed and clearly understood it could be hard juggling for a mum with 3 kids 😀😀 so highly recommend this place

I bought my Prado here. Great customer service, but was disappointed with the AHG Extended Warranty. Beware that the car can only be serviced at AHG car dealers, otherwise, you will lose your warranty! Many Toyota dealers are not AHG partner. Only 2 Toyota AHG dealers at North of Perth, but none at south of Perth. Asked for refund due to misinformation about the warranty, but was ignored!

Please don't buy AHG extended warranty!

I recently bought at Big Rock Toyota my Yaris Ascent. Kseniya, the sale person that assist us, was very useful and let me understand all about my new car and the steps involved in the purchasing process. I called the place a few times but couldn't have a conversation with sales staff. Then I drove there as I wanted to sell my car asap. They were unprofessional in evaluating the car and they offered me a figure which was 20% lower than other dealers!
Anyone who wants a used car can get a good discount there I reckon!

I bought a 2014 corolla on 30 December 2016 and it was shipped to south Australia depot 11 days later. I was told the delivery would take 5 days but it is fine considering the public holidays. Big rock Toyota does sell cars with good deals and guarantees, but the customer service I had was not so good. First, I was provided the wrong bank details of big rock Toyota and the full payment was refunded which charged me $5 Reject return fee; my phone number provided to the car carrier was wrong as well so I had to dial the service manager of big rock Toyota and get the number of the local car carrier to ask for the car pick up details (my car sale consultant was on leave that day). However, the car condition was as good as described, the only pity is it does not come with the floor mats. I will definitely advise my friends to buy used cars from big rock Toyota if they still have good deals in the future, just wish their salespersons could be more professional and responsible, cheers!
