  Customer service was impeccable. I brought two items one was put through as a delivery and the other a pick up (both should have been delivery) I called JB HI FI and within a day they called me back and said they had sorted it out and that they would deliver both on a day of my choosing. Their customer service was absolutely amazing!!!

  Busy store, well located and hard to miss with their colour scheme. Not a fan of the shop layout. Staff are attentive and friendly.

  they charge you extra for the replacement warrenty and when you need to replace they say its not replacement warranty liars !!!! and charge extra for no reason ebay warranty is much better since they care about rsting vs jbhifi they care only of sales no more.

  As usual not enough associates, those who are available are not interested in any customer service. No wonder online business thrive. Poor service and attitude. They make you feel why are you here.

  One of the larger JB Hi-fi shops with a move into the home appliance market. Good parking but otherwise standard JB Hi-fi fare.

  Messy, unorganized and limited staff to help. I was to bought a washing machine, asked one of the staff, she went to check the availability but never came back. Try better stores in proximity.
