Great service. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff. Convenient location. Only thing that lets these guys down is Budget's antiquated computer systemsincluding those horrible dot matrix printers. Arrrgh.

Despite a prompt and pleasant pick up I was most dissapointed with the return. Having driven straight to Perth airport I dropped off my car to a pleasant attendant and after walking 20m realised I hadn't fille the petrol tank. Returning to to attendant he found my return receipt but needed to check with the office. He was told that it would be impossible as the car had been checked in. Although my fault for focussing on how to get to the airport, I was most disappointed at the intractability of the office. Spoils a good experience.

Ive had a couple of cars from here. To be honest they didnt really do that great a job of taking care of them / checking them. They were clean and all that, but average.

I booked a 4WD car in the German Budget homepage for next Monday with a special discount, unlimited kilometers and full insurance covered which was confirmed via email for a price of 241.67 AUS $.
When I went there yesterday to ask if I could rent the car 1 hour earlier the women there told me that they do not have a 4WD car, I couldn't get that far with unlimited kilometers (due to the destination Monkey Mia was not in their unlimited kilometers territory - which was not transparent while I booked) and the reduced insurance is NOT included so I can get a mid-sized sedan car with 300km per day and insurance reduction for nearly 400 AUS $ if I will drive the planned 1800km in 5 days
That is why I am not happy with Budget. I will give an update after my tournow it is not enough time to get a 4WD car at another car rental (4 days minimum)
