Racist staff.

Guy at the front of the store lets some white lady in front of me with a giant handbag walk out no questions asked. Stops me(presumably because I'm black). I refuse because I'm tired of this BS. Gets in my face and prevents me from walking and tries to physically intimidate me while going off on a rant about how he's going to ban me from the store, how he's going to call the nearby squad car to take me to jail etc. I wave down the police myself and let them check my bag and the guy starts muttering about policy(which I never saw when walking in and out and which seems to be selectively applied) and can't be bothered offering a simple apology. I was so angry I cancelled all my plans for the day and went straight home.

Great to know something as simple as buying medicine can leave you feeling less than human. First and last time I'll shop here.

really good experience. the staff are so friendly. the brown guy that helped me with fragrances was so kind and helped me heaps. he seemed to know slot about everything! thank you for the great prices and service chemist warehouse joondalup!!

Terrible just terrible. I went in with a script that had to date been filled twice and had 4 repeats remaining.

When I handed the prescription to the pharmacy assistant she told me it couldn''t be filled as the slip the pharmacist needs (that should have been printed out and placed in the prescription slip by the previous dispensing pharmacy) was not there. I was oblivious to this as you presume the pharmacist will do as they should.

I informed the pharmacy assistant that you could clearly see that the prescription had been originally written out only 2 months ago and that you could see the dispensing proof stickers on the prescription also (of which there were only 2) meaning hat of a 6 repeat script with 28 tabs in a script, only 2 had been dispensed. It was very clear

She took it to the pharmacist to explain and see if they would help. She came back and said I had to go back to the dispensing pharmacy from last time (that was over an hour's drive away). So I told her that was not good enough and they could surely contact the previous pharmacy to discuss, that the error was not mine and that I required that medication and couldn't go without it.

So she got the pharmacist who was rude to me and said that they could do nothing - to which I knew this was a lie and that they could help me if they wanted to. I work at a doctor's surgery and my uncle is a Pharmacist. They could have called my doctor on the phone and got him to fax something over - easy. So that was the end of that. I expressed my dissatisfaction and left.

Then I went to a nearby pharmacy who filled it - immediately - with no problem and also ensured the slip of paper required that was missing was included for me. They could see with ease that the medication has only been dispensed 2 out of 6 repeats..

You guys at Chemist Warehouse are wankers - I was made to feel like an idiot in front of my daughter and I will NEVER go back to you. Business lost. The friendly community pharmacy has won a new customer (even if I pay $4 more for my script)

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been in. Disgusting staff. I left feeling angry and unsettled.

They advertised a hair product as being on special. They then acted as if I was crazy for thinking the product should be sold to me at that price. I took photographs of the "on sale" ticket- to follow up with head office. A totally bizarre experience. The staff acted vague and snappy. It made me respond in kind. There was no apology offered, I was just a nuisance to them. This is the most unprofessional, sloppy, poorly organised shop I have ever been in. Disgusting staff and a very unpleasant, cramped store. I left feeling angry and unsettled.
