I was sent by my wife to buy Work pants and pjs for her . The ladies in the clothing department were extra helpful. There’s no way I could of got it right or found anything without them.

Great store, bright friendly service , great range and quality, im a trady and i buy their mr big active ware, and im shocked how long they last, but very pleased, good business model.

their toys section here used to be awesome, with plenty of choices and range. these days though, its quite a bore. but then again, most other Target outlets also seem to have "cut-down" on their toys range.

Good store lots of choice change rooms a good size and good lighting. Very quick check out even though it was a long line but staff were quick and efficient

BAD COSTUMER SERVICE. Went in today and got some Easter stuff and clothes/shoes on sale. Girl at register messed up while scanning and somehow charged me for an extra item with two different prices. After looking at the receipt (2 minutes) we were directed to costumer services to fix it up. Lady at customer service was rude and arrogant. I told her I had calculated all the items and didn't know where the extra item came from and showed her the items I had purhased with the receipt in a calm voice. She didn't listen and tried to blame me for not understanding the receipt. I then told her to look at all the items in the trolley and calculate it as it didn't add up to the items we had while she was still being extremely rude. She then persisted to tell me it was for another item. In the end she was WRONG and she had to refund me and was still being snarky with no apologies. Thanks for wasting my time by not knowing how to do your job.

Customer service poor I'm sorry to say. Staff attitude way off. Very unwilling to help. I was served by a guy who I don't think had any training as he didn't seem to have a clue what to do regarding exchanging an item. Was told I was not allowed the exchange so left with an item which is of no use to me at all. Kmart for me from now on guys. With word of mouth and social media you guts should be doing better.

Great place to buy games, almost always have the best price for AAA games. The gamer chick at the counter is very friendly and knowledgeable.

ALWAYS check your receipt if you shop here. Often the price they charge is not the price they advertise on the in-store docket and you have to go through a MASSIVE process just to get back the money they owe you. They treat you like your stupid and make the refund process long and painful. They also charge different prices for different colours of the same item ie drink bottles. Exact same drink bottles however the pink ones are $2 the blue are $4 - go figure! Of course only the $2 price tag is on the shelf.

Nothing more than a convenience store. Staff can be helpful. Checkout has a good flow and always seem to be well staffed at checkout.
