We moved from Sydney 2 years ago and have had mixed results with some local contractors. Have been very impressed with the quality of service and professionalism of all the team. Price is competitive and the best thing is they turn up when they say they will.

Our plumber Jordy was outstanding, exceptional in every possible way - professional, polite, friendly, punctual, thorough, honest. He genuinely cared about our plumbing issues and was 100% dedicated to solving them for us. Total legend!

I am extremely happy with both the work done, follow-up and communications. The job was professionally done. The team were friendly and answered any questions we had. Special mention - Josh did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them and have used them on more than one occasion.

J&T Dale were responsive and professional. They inspected and investigated moisture/dampness issues around my house and in my subfloor and provided recommendations. They installed a diversion to a blocked downpipe, subfloor ag-lines and drainage systems, including associated site drainage and excavation. The team worked hard, the supervisor kept me informed all the times, all photos were taken including subfloor photos and site was left clean. Nothing was too much trouble to ask about.

Dean replaced 16 year old mixer tap in ensuite, swiftly and cleanly, checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work and new equipment supplied. Very professional and also gave some excellent advice concerning replacement of same age hot water heater/storage system

Can not rate these guys high enough. Brilliant work, ethics and so well mannered. Left the job squeaky clean and even left their shoes at the font door - unheard of!

On my first phone call to them late one afternoon, Jamie said he would call me back the next morning, which he did and said Aiden would be at my residence within the hour,.which he was.

We have had the Dale boys fix multiple plumbing issues with our older style home over the last few years. They are so polite and always arrive on time, their communication is excellent. We would not use anyone else.
