We have been going to Pakenham Heating and Cooling for a number of years now for servicing and any new system requirements. We have always found all staff - whether office or those performing the work to be very professional. They have always communicated clearly, only promised what they can deliver, arrived on time and where unexpected issues have been identified, endeavoured to find a solution. $255 for 45min work no parts for "your air con cant be fixed" not even a follow up phone call to explain what was done. You be the judge. No wonder they want you credit card details before they go out.
