Paid for express post, 3 days later and still haven't received the package. Opened the tracker just to see that the package status is "delayed, waiting to be delivered".

I’d rather drink bleach then interact with the incredibly rude staff at this post office who treat you like dirt. Unfortunately I have to pick up my mail there

I was parsing in front of the post office and the owner came out to inform me that there is a parcel waiting for me and it was in the box to be return to the sender on Monday, for which i had no undelivered card left in my letter box. So this is an example of perfect customer service, customer relationship big thumb UP.

I have my PO Box here and every time I walk in I am met on a first name basis. The service here is outstanding and the people are very lovely and always happy to help. Best Australia Post in Melbourne.

Superb service, the lady in the shop went the extra mile to help me save some money on a parcel which ended up being able to be sent as a letter. This had happened a few times as I have family overseas and send parcels regularly. Very friendly and helpful and with ample parking outside I wouldn't go anywhere else.
