Dealt with Ray from Queensland branch, he was down to earth with no facades or tricks. Got me a decent price for my SUV and organised quickly to remove. Payment was quick and easy.
Was honestly a little nervous with their methodology of payment (vehicle to be inspected and loaded on truck before payment sent), but a little faith paid off.

We have just purchased a Toyota HiLux SR5 in Melbourne. Mick Pelchen made the whole process seamless and absolutely went the “extra mile” to ensure that a)we got what we wanted and b) we were shielded from the dealer. He made sure that we were kept informed on the progress while we were overseas, and made sure the delivery was on time. Mick worked very hard with the dealer’s technical installer to make sure that all after market items were installed in the correct place. By using Mick we saved about $2000 compared to other dealer quotes so all in all extremely good value and he was a genuine conduit for us to achieve what we wanted.

The price(A$ 8990) and condition was good. The car looked like almost new one.
Weird thing is that the dealer just refused to negotiate the price.
Eventually I got A$ 90 discount. .

They found me the car fine - but 8 weeks later I'm still waiting for the registration to transfer. They don't let me know what's going on, don't respond and are extremely unhelpful. I would not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone else.

For a company that's meant to take the hassle out of buying a car, they've failed completely. Didn't follow up or return calls when promised. Took over eight weeks to find a run of the mill car. Ultimately purcashed a car (through them) that I'd seen advertised on the internet weeks earlier (at a cheaper price). Didn't deliver the car. Had less than 1/4 tank of petrol when I picked it up. A whole range of other issues and hassles. Still dealing with them now, 12 weeks on, and it's just a frustrating, difficult experience every time. (FYI - they're in Kensington now).
