As a renter I have been really impressed with this agency. We mainly dealt with Sarah Arena and she was professional, pleasant and great to deal with despite the owner dropping her into a pretty bad situation. She did her best to help and was fair and reasonable at all times and tried to find mutually beneficial solutions for all parties.
In our current search for a new property we have also been dealing with Corey who has been great too - personable, professional and straight up.response / report this review -

Exceeded our expectations by far
We called Ben in due to the high profile and good name Stockdale & Leggo have in the area. Ben was excellent to deal with, he knew the market and listed our house with a minimum of fuss at a price range that we were delighted with. The marketing was prompt and efficient and the result literally blew us away. Within a few hours Ben had 2 brilliant offers and efficiently buttoned up the best of the 2.

Made the selling process smooth and easy
From my first contact with Ben throughout the whole selling process Ben was very responsive, helpful , knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Total scumbags, I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if everyone that's written a good review ether works with them or are family. Wouldn't ever use these lying money hungry pathetic excuse for real estate agents ever again.

We purchased a property in Rye from Di & Phil Key. Throughout the sales process they were very helpful and Professional by keeping us up to date throughout the negotiations. With Di’s background in Conveyancing she was able to explain parts of the sale that we did not understand pertaining to Section 32’s and the contract of sale. This put my Husband and I at ease throughout the process. Once settled the Property Management team took over and leased our property to great Tenants. They conducted opens on weekends, mid-week and even went out of their way to show people privately if they could not make the inspection times, which I found a lot of other agents won’t do. When applications were received they thoroughly processed them to ensure we were getting the best Tenant possible not “just anyone”. When presenting the applications to us they were honest and if they didn’t have a good feeling about someone they let us know. I would not hesitate in recommending the team at Stockdale & Leggo Rye for Sales or Rentals.

My experience with Stockdale & Leggo in Rye has been fantastic. I switched across from First National Rye after experiencing very poor customer service. Not too long after moving across to Stockdale & Leggo one of my tenants vacated my house & left it in an unlivable state. Sandy McCormack & her team were amazing. She immediately took charge of the situation & put me at ease. It's moments like these you see the true colors of an agent/agency, not just when things are running smooth. Highly recommended!

We currently have two rental properties manger by Stockdale and Leggo Rye and our experience has been nothing but positive and I can highly recommend their service. Any requests are always responded to promptly and in an extremely professional manner. Both of our properties have excellent tenants and our rent is always paid on time. We have also used this firm twice to sell both our family home and an investment property. On both occasions our expectations were exceeded and the level of service was outstanding.

Stockdale & Leggo Rye have never dealt with a John Smith. We can only assume he is using an alias and is probably either fictitious or a disgruntled opposition agent. We are happy for John Smith to contact us as we have an outstanding reputation that this unidentifiable person is trying to impact upon.
