The solicitor called Katherine Beard in my personal opinion is rude and overloaded with work.
I have sent her many emails requesting to reply in relation to my case and she does not reply.
She is slow in response when the response should be a few days. Some of her responses take many weeks. Her attitude in my case and my personal opinion is also to aggravate the case instead of proactively resolving it. The firm is small and overloaded with paper work compared to reputable firms. I would not use Katherine Beard or Alpha Stream Lawyers.
