Pretty basic. Beds dont have brakes on them so they go all over the place when u try to sit or lean on them. Oldest tv i have seen in a long time. Amazing toiletries best range biology love it. Average food and service in the sure cafe.

I frequently travel for work and stay at hotels but this time at this particular place was just a big disappointment to say the least. Upon entering my room after check-in I find no soap, i ask the reception for some soap so i can wash my face and the response i got was as follows: “We have been without soap for 3 weeks and are trying to do the best we can, why don’t you use the shampoo to wash your face.” I wish it ended there but no, there were a few other surprises in store:”. Embarrassed to ask for something else lest i get told off again, i spend the night without washing my face after a long day. In the room i notice oil stains on both bedside tables, i clean one side with tissue paper so i can place my phone without it getting dirty. In the bathroom I notice that the washbasin is leaking and there is a small puddle accumulating on the floor each time i open the tap, i had to let reception know twice about this for them to fix it. The shower floor is not very clean either. Then after having a very average breakfast the next morning at the cafe on ground floor i went to the reception to ask for soap again so i can shower and go to work. I get 1 small bar of soap after about 20 minutes. Hope I don’t have to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay here! Large pleasant clean room with large double glass doors opening out on to a lovely courtyard.
So handy to go to their restaurant area, a really versatile venue. Wonderful friendly staff.

Great location, rooms were well furnished and properly cleaned, impeccable service which could account for guests needs at a press of a button. Overall great hotel I would visit again and recommend

Room is good. A little Noisy..
But the service was absolutely disgraceful. When i went to check in i was not greeted or even a hello. The older man said "name". I went to explain my situation as i was unsure what name due to being here for corporate work. He then asked me again in a hostile manner. You sir are an absolute pig. You brought me to tears as soon as i got in my room.. you literally treated me like scum. You have next to no customer service skills :(response / report this review -

Clean, quiet, comfortable and close to the city. Wouldn't mind a greater selection of teas, of the herbal variety. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a weekcwhile training for work. The facilities (Gym, Bar, restaurant) along with the rooms (large and spacious with a comfortable bed) were fantastic. I can highly recommend it!

Not at all happy. Noisy busy road traffic noise in the room and I'm on the top floor!! Not at all relaxing!! Also tv channels ALL of them are of poor visual quality and when I rung reception they told me a complaint was put in yesterday and could be fixed tomorrow!! And they charge FULL room fee for this? Told her I wasn't happy and she only said sorry!! I won't be here tomorrow. Nor will I want to come back nor recommend them very crappy hotel. Bathroom is so tiny your knees almost touch the sink in front of you when on the toilet and there is NO room to move in the bathroom. Couldn't adjust the shower head so I felt sorry for anyone shorter as the water was directed very high. One saving grace is that the room is warm and the bed is big though a little hard.

Attended for a work function, the hotel has excellent facilities, staff were friendly and service was wonderful. Best hotel food I've had in a while.

I stayed at this hotel for about 3 weeks (official trip) - Room was clean and spacious - Food is not up to the mark. And the most annoying part - I never touched the minibar, however at the time of check out they charged me with a long list of items (ridiculous). Had to convince them that it was not me, might be the room service staff, took me 2 hours. And guess what, same happened with my colleges as well. The hotel is now not a part of our preferred vendor.

We got a very good offer. So wie had a cheap stay for 2 nichts here. It has a nice gym but you have to pay for nearly everthing extra here
