If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can see them on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
Needs some updating
Sad to say that Quay West is looking a little worse for wear. Shame really as it was fairly comfortable and could be a really great place with a little care and attention. The pool area had some damage around the spa, some obvious rusting and just general poor state. Wifi was not free which is poor form in this day and age. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable although my daughter slept in the pull out sofa bed which was very uncomfortable and her feet were higher than her head! Stayed at shangrila next door last month and regretted that we hadn't gone back there as it was different class.response / report this review -

Simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed - you can't beat views of the Opera house with Harbor bridge!

Needs some updating
Sad to say that Quay West is looking a little worse for wear. Shame really as it was fairly comfortable and could be a really great place with a little care and attention. The pool area had some damage around the spa, some obvious rusting and just general poor state. Wifi was not free which is poor form in this day and age. We had another wonderful stay at Quay West. We were welcomed back warmly and as we had arrived too early for check in, when we came back later in the day from sightseeing our bags were ready in our room and our grocery delivery unpacked into the fridge. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts in the dining room and there the staff realised it was our daughters 7th birthday and later that morning delivered to her a personal card and a special treat. Thank you! And the final heartfelt touch-coming back to our room after it was made up to find the kids teddies tucked up in their beds!

Very friendly and polite staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. It's a bit far from the airport but I thought it was worth it. Would stay here again.

What a fantastic place to stay. Great views, clean spacious rooms and amazing service. This is a great place to stay with a family, it’s close to everything and the kids loved the pool and spa. Great value for money will stay here again :)

Excellent serviced apartments, with all kitchen and laundry facilities. Neat and tidy, clean. Close to circular Quay, gateway shopping centre.

Really fantastic place for a family to stay! We were a group of two adult couples, stayed two nights in a 2 bedroom suite and had the most AMAZING view over the harbor of both the bridge and opera House!! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area, close to Circular Quay by foot as well as CBD and Hyde Park precinct.
