Gorgeous rooms; we managed an early check in of one of four rooms to get ready before our work Christmas party (after flying up from Melbourne that morning). Love that the music in the elevators changes based on how many people are in them! Everyone was very willing to help with our luggage and directions.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
Staff were very nice and overly accommodating which is appreciated. Room was gorgeous, whimsical and, for lack of a better word, interesting. Every corner had something new and exciting to discover. Robes were so so comfy. Shower pressure was above average. Room service was prompt and polite and the food was great. Only down fall was the bed - although, yes it was soft and sheets were of a high quality, the king size bed was so clearly two smaller beds pushed together. There was an obvious lump in the middle of the bed which was uncomfortable to sleep on and caused you to roll towards the outer sides of the bed. That being said, it was only a somewhat minor issue compared to how great the rest of the stay was.response / report this review -

Stayed at QT last night for my husbands birthday. Absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was fabulous and front desk so professional and helpful. We had drinks at the bar and dined at the grill, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Room was so quiet and beds perfect. We are an older couple and would really recommend to others to try something new and edgy. We loved it and will definitely be back

Amazing hotel. Loved every bit of the design and atmosphere. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing seems to bother them and they seem to work together like a really cohesive team. Shower is exceptional and I don't think a more comfortable bed exists anywhere. Can't wait to stay again! Well done to a fantastic hotel with fantastic staff and customer service.

I was a little grumpy when I first arrived because of the road works outside and the workers were pretty gruff and unhelpful but the QT team were so nice and apologetic and as soon as I walked into the reception and then my room (with an early check in) I forgot all about it. The manager was kind enough to leave a bottle of wine for me in my as an apology which was very thoughtful but wasn't really needed there was nothing you can do about road works! I love the QT hotels and stay as often as I can and they never disappoint everything is exceptional! The beds are literally the best!

What lovely hotel. Fun and different, very nice rooms, excellent staff. They even gave us a free bottle of champagne when I told them we were there for our anniversary! Will definitely be back. Very conveniently located as well. Loved it!

Lovely hotel as expected. The bed was so comfortable. There was strong attention to detail. It was very modern. I loved the cashmere robes and bathtub. We stayed on level 7 with no view but I didn't mind. The cafe downstairs did great coffee and breakfast. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the front desk staff lacked friendliness but the girl greeting at the door was lovely and the Parlour staff were friendly also. Would definitely recommend if you can get a good deal on price.

Everything was wonderful at the QT - most especially the staff. I arrived stressed having left my phone at home in SA and the security guy gave me directions to the closest store of my provider in walking distance and 20 minutes later I had a new phone with all my contacts on it and fully charged. My only suggestions for improvements would be to; provide written instructions for how to use the phone in the room ( for situations like mine), provide a map of the light switches and ensure the omelet from room service arrives warm - mine was cold. Also because there was a function I couldn't access the laptops so that is something to think about for the future.

In the city and near everything you need, has an awesome bar and restaurant, steak was out of this world (melt in your mouth), a little cafe, great atmosphere and people who work upstairs in the hotel. The room was lovely and decked out, perfect for my weekend stay and would stay there again. The concierges were a bit lazy, they were too busy talking and playing on their smart phones, but we didn't need them.

I love the QT in Sydney. Convenient location with great access to every part of town. I just love the decor of the rooms. Staff are the friendliest in town. An awesome bar and restaurant for entertaining guests. Why would anyone consider anywhere else?

The customer service QT Sydney offers is second to none. I mentioned online that it was our wedding anniversary and we were wished Happy Anniversary at check in. Our room was ready early. A complimentary bottle of champagne was chilled and waiting for us in our room. Dinner in Gowings Bar and Grill was fabulous and the service from Dario and his staff was outstanding. We even received two stunning chocolates with a candle (a lovely gesture) when our drinks waitress found out it was our anniversary. Each and every single member of the QT staff we met went out of their way to be genuinely friendly. The discount on food and drinks, as I was a Priority Guest Rewards member, was a great bonus on a stunning stay! We will be back. Thank you QT Sydney.

This was my first QT experience and it did not disappoint! All aspects of arrival and departure with the concierge team, check-in and check-out with reception and housekeeping were fantastic. The room itself was one of the best and most unique I have ever stayed in.
I only had one issue with my stay with slow service in the bar and a drink that never arrived - but staff were very apologetic and quick to remove the charge.
All staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and accommodating with any requests.
QT will now be a brand of choice for my hotel stays - I can't wait to experience more.response / report this review
