Peta Grosskreutz - went above and beyond with customer service at Hertz Mackay. I left some special sunglasses in the car - and she personally spent a couple of days tracking these down and sending them back to Melbourne for me. Absolutely made my day. Thanks Hertz!

需要用车送表哥回机场，吸取了上次在budget租车不愉快的经历后，这次果断选择hertz，不得不说里面的小哥很细心，一一为你讲解，包括电子手刹的位置，并且指出了一些剐蹭的位置，还车的时候由于geelong在举办马拉松万人跑，所以去Hertz的路都封死了，并且超过了规定的还车时间，那小哥直接摆手说不要紧，还有一点，国内银联卡可以刷。

Terrible security, terrible communication. I used my credit card to pre authorise the car, I was told to pay when I returned the car. I made it unbelievably clear I did not want to pay using that card. When I returned the car the girl told me they'd already taken the payment on that card against my wishes & could not refund me the money because the guy who could do that wasn't in that day & I'd have to pay again on a different card and wait for a refund, so I left it, angrily. Ive now checked my credit card statements & within the last 2 weeks the company name under which Hertz operates has taken 2 further payments. AVOID: Fraud being inspected by my card.
