Absolutely amazing! Fast and reliable. Ordered a taxi at 3pm from Torquay and was picked up at 3.30pm. The Taxi was super clean and our driver was very knowledgeable and friendly. We then ordered another taxi to pick us up later on that night from Winchelsea and our driver turned up promptly and again super clean car and so friendly. I cannot recommend this taxi company enough. Well done guys

One star? No stars for No Show!
We took the time to make a booking for a taxi at 6pm on Saturday from Bellbrae for a 6.30pm restaurant booking in Torquay. At 6.10pm, the taxi hadn't arrived so my wife called and was told that the designated taxi was still in Geelong!! By the time it got to us and took us to Torquay, it would be after 7pm! That's useless! The operator said at this busy time of the year, prebookings can't be guaranteed. Why bother with them then? The same thing happened to us a couple of years back with the same Geelong-based company. We gave them another chance. Never again! Come on Uber. Start servicing this part of the world. Do not bother
One hour later - "we're still trying to locate a taxi" for a ride from Aireys to Anglesea. Sunday evening. No we can't say how long. We are trying to find a taxi in Colac. Seriously??response / report this review -

Wish I could give this a zero star rating, called up a day in advance to pick us up from the Lorne Visitor centre at 2 o'clock. 2:30 comes around and no one to be seen. We give them a call and they say that its enroute. Another 15 minutes pass and we call again to where they them deny the existence of anyone being dispatched nor a booking to be placed and then saying no one is available. This happens and then wonder why the Taxi industry is failing

Wish I could leave 0 Stars
Called 2:30 to book a 5:15pm cab to drive less than 4km away for a 5:30 reservation for dinner.
Rang 5 times and by 6:30 decided me and partner to walk the 4kms instead.
Horrible service, why offer bookings if no one will come, service desk put me through to a supervisor who tried to get someone but no one ever came and terrible follow up calls!
You wonder why people use Uber and other new car services because 13CABS WONT GET YOU THEREresponse / report this review -

Had a taxi booked with the girls to get to a friends party, never came so we had to get my friends parents to pick us up an HOUR after we were supposed to be there. A bit later my boyfriend and I had a booking and were told we were high priority because the taxi was running late, an hour and a half later we called again to be told (at 9:30pm) that all the taxis had knocked off, no one called us to tell us no one was available plus we had a booking. We had to walk home and arrived nearly two hours later than we planned. If I could give no stars I would. Twice in one night being forgotten

TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT BOTHER!! We were left stranded in Anglesea because of incompetent staff. Spoke to 3 different operators who each advised I'd called the wrong number even though I was transferred by staff. The last lady I spoke with was rude and told me it they couldn't get anyone to Anglesea. Had to leave an injured person in a park while I walked 10km back to the car. I SUGGEST HITCH HIKE BEFORE CALLING THIS TAXI SERVICE!!!

We booked a taxi for Saturday night to take us to & from Aireys Inlet. Once we were dropped off we confirmed our pick up time of 1/4 past 1. At 20 past one we contacted the driver only to be advised that he was just leaving Geelong & would be 40 mins away. Once the driver arrived, he offered no apology or anything & to top it off the ride home was twice the price!! Today I was talking to a friend who told me that one if the the guests at her sons party had booked the taxi for 1/4 past 12 to go to Geelong!! At no time were we contacted or advised that we could not be picked up at our arranged time, we had no alternative but to wait in the cold outside a closed venue. I find this unacceptable & if you could not fulfil your bookings than we should have been informed so we could have made alternate arrangements to get home. We felt we did the correct thing by booking & not just ringing & expecting to be collected at such a late hour. Will not be using your service again nor will I be recommending you to anyone else.

We booked a cab, 4 hours in advance and then when the time came they were 45 minutes late. Every time we called they hung up on us over 4 times. Rude staff and horrible service. DONT USE THIS SERVICE.
