Nice staff, helpful and good service, although they can't provide the car I have booked but still provide options to drive and change the grade I booked in other store.

They don't except credit card payment over the phone. I booked a van for 1 week and sent 2 employees from Melbourne to collect. They couldn't take the vehicle without me driving for 30 mins to Malvern to pay. Crazy old school system - Budget Geelong were more that happy to oblige and were $340 cheaper for a similar vehicle.

It was closed even though we'd booked two hire cars and we received no notification of this early closing. The next day one of the cars wasn't available even though we'd confirmed it over the phone so we received a much smaller car. Lucky we only had one passenger.
