I booked a truck online with Geelong Budget and was informed that there was one available. Truck was booked at 10 and I was running late. At 11 they rang me and told me that the truck I had booked had not been returned at 9.00 am. I was on my way from Ballarat, had taken the day off work to move a lounge suite and had a booking agreement so thought I was right ot go. I was offered a ute but after explaining that I wouldn't fit the lounge in it was told that there was nothing further that they could do. I should have been called at 9.00, to let me know that the truck had not been returned. This would have saved me the trip and stress. Luckily Hertz had one $40 cheaper and twice the kms. Silver lining in the end.

This business is the spawn of Satan. I found pentagrams and goat heads in the back of my rental car, the staff mumbled all hail lucifer under their breath when i introduced myself. Once they found out I was a god fearing, jesus loving human they added extra Fees to my final cost

Went here with a friend, an hour later I walked out thinking I'm glad I'm a Hertz customer.
  Tyres are almost bald.
Had to ask three times for a proper condition report to be done.
We weren't provided with an agreement for the actual vehicle given.
The list of amateurish service went on for 30 minutes. First and last time at Budget Geelong
