Very friendly and had vehicles available when I needed them. Robbie and Claire were great. Only reason I’ve put 4 stars is because of the delay I encountered with the return of my bond other than that no complaints and vehicles were very affordable and well maintained

Friendly and very quick service. Was in and out on both pick up and drop off in under 10mins. Car was well maintained too. Thanks!

One of the worst place to hire a car from.
Bunch of liers are running this place.
The so called branch manager "a srilankan guy" is the biggest lier among all.
The reception staff mentioned we can get 200 kms/ day, but the lier branch manager refuesd and said you can only get 150 kms/day.
Even after the commitment of reception staff that he did mention we can get 200kms/ day, the manager resfused and was quite rude (not knowing the difference between rudeness and firmness).
We were planning to go to great ocean road, and these guys spoiled our family trip, they wasted our time by calling us to pick up the car and then did not commit to what they said over the phone.
