It was crazy busy there due to sale during festive season. I was looking for Smith and Nobel Hudson cutlery set which ran out of the store. An elderly lady employee's service was commentable. She rang other HS stores to find out if it was there despite being so busy. Unfortunately it ran out of other nearby stores as well. She gave me other wise options as well. HS stores highpoint, you can't afford to lose her!!!
