How terrible is this site and so misleading. I am reminded that this business somehow purchased the historic name of hepburn bath house and spa and are now using it in a negative way to draw people from Daylesford to another business on the penninsula. You do have to ask yourself that if they are happy to mislead the public in this way what does that say about the penninsula business and its associations.

My mother and I were truly disappointed when we discovered that this spa is not the recently refurbished and beautiful main Hepburn spa (Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa), which is where we (and other clients on the day) were hoping to enjoy a relaxing treatment. This spa used to occupy the main complex but now operates out of an old and poorly maintained house. The garden is overgrown and the house itself grubby and in need of serious renovation. Of course none of this was disclosed to us upon making a booking over the phone and upon arrival we both felt seriously mislead, with no chance of a full refund to our $200.00 deposit. My advice would be to think twice before making a booking here, as this business is simply living off a good reputation and making a quick buck off unsuspecting clients. I will never go here again.
