Been there only a couple of times and both times nil stock of something they had advertised as "on special". I have a suspicion they just do this to get people into the store. Although the staff are knowledgable, they have little stock on the shelf and their website is laughable, so I guess they exist on repairs. Waste of time driving there. Never again.

Dropped the computer off, full of error codes. Taylor did an amazing job repairing the errors and backing up all of our data so nothing was lost. Even upgraded our Microsoft home and business to the 2016 edition. Good service and clear communication. Very happy customers

Had taken my computer to get repaired at this store. Wanted same day service and was willing to pay the premium. Yet they failed the pass the message on and left myself to chase them up with multiple phone calls to find out my computer wasn't even being looked at.

The first time was to install a new CPU fan due to over heating issues. The CPU fan they provided ended up being defective and I had to take it back to where they changed it to some thing else due to the previous one being out of stock.

After returning from an overseas trip 3 months later. I noticed I was having overheating issues again. I discovered they put in the second CPU fan in backwards and was blowing hot air into my computer case.

May as well just fix this myself. Not worth going back to get them to fix their mistakes as they seem to create more. Will not be doing business with them in future.
