We stayed recently with our 5 children. We were warmly welcomed and after a long day on the road it was a welcomed relief that we were personally shown to our site by the manager rather than trying to navigate a place we had never been. The facilities were amazing especially for young families with a bathroom with smaller toilet and a bath. The heated bathroom facilities were amazing especially for the early morning toilet trip and when getting dressed after a shower. Jumping pillow and playground was great for the kids and the indoor play area is great for the little ones. Kids were easily supervised on the equipment from the BBQs so they weren't under feet whilst cooking. There is a games room and TV room the kids loved. We took advantage of the privately booked spa area which was fantastic. The staff were amazing and would stop and chat as they were moving around the park and seemed to really care about how your day was and their local knowledge was great (even down where to get the best hot chips!!) Our camper trailer needed some attention due to some strong winds during the day and the manager just took care of it and let us know after we returned that afternoon. Cant recommend this park highly enough. We will definately return.

Very pleasant experience, friendly people and guests with great amenities. I love that you have options here, whether roughing it or, as we've done for this visit, getting a stocked cabin. Will come again.

Park is very well presented but overpriced.
Amenities are good and the park is close to all the attractions the town has to offer.
    Staff are very helpful.

My wife and I were lucky enough to be accommodated longer than the time we had originally booked [due to another place in Ballarat not booked properly by ?], and the young lady made our extra booking available, in the same cabin for the extra days, which was very nice of her to do so.The cabin was lovely and warm, even when temperatures went below 0 a few nights. The cabin was/is very spacious and very homely.Thank you to all the staff at the park [including 1 of the cleaning ladies who cleaned the room next to the laundry so we could wait in there], where it was also nice and warm, while we waited for our washing to finish.

Parked a 24 foot van on a powered site. 2 adults 1 toddler, 1 infant, $171 (i think, but pretty cheap i think) 3 nights long weekend.
Terrific location, very friendly and helpful staff, good sized sites with concrete annex area and concrete for van to park on, plus room to park vehicle.
Very close to sovereign hill and other sites.
Park has terrific amenities, all showers, toilets etc very clean, plenty to do for kids.
I would definitely stay here again.

Great camping ground. The English lady at the front desk was fantastic and extremely helpful. The grounds have everything you need and is clean and modern. The place is a bit expensive compared to other campgrounds but that extra cost comes with great facilities.

We normally avoid travelling in school holiday periods, but despite being busy park and amenities were exceptionally clean and tidy ( and a good number of amenities). Staff friendly and a great sized site.
    Great location. Will stay again.

We went there on our first family camping trip. The place was very family friendly, clean and the staff were very friendly and polite. Our kids had an absolute ball there the weather was fantastic while we were there too so plenty of swimming. I would definitely recommend this caravan park big thumbs up.
