Good food and beer and great atmosphere. Lots of different options so something for everyone. We did have to wait almost an hour for food even though the tables were only half full but it wasn't too bad sitting in the Sun enjoying the afternoon

Wow! After a horrible experience at another local venue we opted for the farmers arms which I wish was our first option but am glad we ended up there! Firstly the venue is stunning! Staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. The food was SENSATIONAL! The prices reflect the amazing stuff to expect on your plate. We couldn't have been more satisfied!! Thanks so much

What a beautiful place, plenty of room to get a seat and enjoy an amazing meal. (No need to book) Staff friendly and accommodating, run a meal and drink tab with no questions asked.
Menu is amazing and deciding what to eat is hard.
We enjoyed their share platter for entree which was amazing and Gummy Shark and Eggplant Canneloni for mains and they were delicious.
Prices reasonable considering the meal sizes.
The dining rooms were busy but service didn't faulter and we were we in and out within an hour.response / report this review -

The Farmers Arms is a classic country pub. The wait for the table was a little long so we sat up at the bar. The pork belly was well cooked and balanced, the calamari had too much pepper and the salmon was a good eat. Good daylesford eat and would recommend.

Amazing place. I thought real bar service was dead but these people can run a tab without knowing anything about you or holding your credit card. Even different staff just know where you are sitting without asking. Food is not cheap but it is great quality. Pork belly was to die for, superb crackling and hardly any fat.

Amazing pub with more charm than James Bond. Expectations were exceeded from the moment we walked through the door to a friendly welcome from the bar staff. Great selection of beer, wine and spirits and the food was absolutely phenomenal. The bistro had a great atmosphere with generous portions of first class food at very reasonable prices. What more could one want??

Friendly, warm and inviting. Feels like your own local even when miles from home. Loved the menu as it had kind of what you'd expect at a good pub but with just that extra something to jazz it up. Hubby loved the Daylesford Golden Ale on tap. Would visit again on future travels this way.
