Worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!! Staff are unfriendly, they claim to have free parking for guests and then tell you they are full when you arrive. The room walls are paper thin, you can't sleep at night. Rooms are average at best, water in shower is pathetic, hot then cold. Hotel beautician is useless and can't do their job. Chef also doesn't know how to cook. Only good thing about the hotel was the friendly man who made coffee each morning at the restaurant. Wouldn't recommened this hotel to anyone, absolute disgrace!!!!!
Very old, in need of a facelift. Had to run around the shower cubicle to get wet because the water flow was a trickle. Also the water varied between freezing to boiling on it's own. The floor covering just outside the ensuite becomes an ice skating rink when wet. I am still suffering bruising after a nasty fall. Saving grace was the sensational staff, very friendly and courteous. The staff running the breakfast service also brilliant.
Great place, great location, free parking.. Probably the best value in CBD perth
The service was great .Location was very handy .Just wish to thank Mark in the restaurant for his happy and friendly service. Also thanks to Marissa on the counter for her help and advice re transport etc. Cannot say much for the chap who booked us in on 3rd October , not a happy chap. white oak 750 room 401.
A very accommodating and understanding motel. On booking through a 3rd party and stating 3 adults, we were only given a qu bed. We were upgraded free of charge and the initial booking with free bfast was still honoured. Great buffet bfast. Rooms and beds very comfy. Parking with a 4wheel drive a bit tricky.
I honestly thought we'd landed at some emergency social housing location. Incredibly shabby and poorly maintained. Noisy guests. Corridor smelled terrible. Hated it. Spend a bit more and go somewhere else.
We stay at family suite room on 26 Jun 2017, toilet too small, sofa and carpet too old need to change. Moreover bed are comfortable but the mirror in the room is too big. Reception staff are friendly. We may not choose this hotel if got good choice.
A nice Budget hotel to stay in Perth. Electric kettle with coffee and tea bags are available in rooms. Washrooms and showers are ok. It's very close to Central Perth. The hotel also provides tour packages to Rottnest Island. The front desk executives are very Cooperative. Complimentary breakfast is available which is a nice place to enjoy omlet with bread.
I've been living here and buying food here but today they just made me pay an extra $1 for chilli ??what else do you sell salt ??worse more the receptionist had the balls to to raise his voice at me after I complained about it. He first said I didn't have to pay and when I told him I had to swipe a card for that dollar he said "yea you have to pay" the previous day I got the chilli for free,It's just chilli!!what standards are these???Don't be greedy and RIDICULOUS!He even threw me a dollar.
The room was quite small and very noisy, due to both nearby construction, but also the wind which never seemed to stop howling through the vents and window cracks. Wifi was device- and data-limited, so we repeatedly had to visit the front desk to ask for new codes. Location is not great but not bad, 15-minute walk to the CBD.
Top notch staff. Being a cancer survivor with short term memory loss they truly showed there are beautiful people in the world.
Room was clean and staff was very friendly. However the floor was a little bit sticky, room was a bit smelly, road construction next door and moskitos if you open the window because AC was too loud and directed on bed. But good place if you require a room to sleep for a reasonable price.
The rooms were alright, though dated. The bathroom was small, with a dangerous step into it.
The construction work occurring next door was loud and irritating, and the walls are paper thin so the two old bats cackling at 6:00am in the room next to us woke us up some mornings.
Besides that, it was good. Restaurant was exceptional.
