Place sucks took 2 hours to get a coffee then i got abused by the staff for being impatient 😡

Fantastic place to stay with the family or friends. The 2 storey apartments have the most beautiful view of the river & outdoor pool area

This is a great place to stay, with all the right amenities, a nice restaurant onsite and spacious, well-equipped rooms with great views of the Swan River. It's conveniently located on the highway, with the airport and CBD less than 20 minutes away by car. But on the downside, there's very limited public transport options or restaurant/shopping closeby.

Stayed here with a group of friends. Booked a 3 bedroom apartment and it was perfect. We all had a room each, 2 bathrooms, there was a kitchen and lounge room. Nice and close to the casino which was perfect.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. Checkin was swift, easy parking and close to airport which is why I chose the hotel. Made early flight a breeze. I would stay again.

Good location by the river. Bus stop nearby. The room was ready when I arrived at midday and was well appointed. Nice big spa bath. Good view out over the river. I could hear some guests in the rooms above, some kids were running around and playing, but once they went to bed it was quiet, road noise not a problem.

Fantastic pool. Awesome breakfast bacon and eggs on sourdough. Staff were super friendly. Grounds are beautiful near the river. Will stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay at Ascot Quays. Nice rooms. Great for families. Nice pool. Playground close by. Lovely staff. Resturant was nice with good meals. Will return for sure.

Rooms are dirty, walls are hollow, aircon doesn't work, slow unresponsive wifi, terrible management, not allowed to have a bday party for my wife, would never recommend this place to anyone, try any other hotel because this one sucks ass

We were really surprised when we drove upto the hotel it looked fresher then the rest. When we got to our 2 bed room apartment we were really surprised by how lovely it was and the beautiful views we had the only downside was that the resturant was under renovations but we were given notice of this and room service menu was available. Also all the staff we had interactions with were lovely and welcoming We will definitely be staying again
