Everytime we shop at Motherworld we are greeted with friendly and helpful staff. The new owners have filled the store with everything a parent could possibly need. Always a great shopping experience and cant wait to go back again! The customer service is exceptional! Five stars everytime!

Extreme prices, The workers know more about makeup application then their products, my least favourite baby shop, barely in the door before the older blonde women was in my face asking me if i needed assistance, made me feel uncomfortable didn't even have an oppurtunity to view any products.

Fantastic service from Motherworld. We ordered a Primo Hook On Highchair on Sat Jan 30.We received it Wed 03 Feband it was tracked all the way. Extremely happy!

I find the sales people here arrogrant, pushy and selfcentred. I felt like I was inconvenience! I also found them to be ALOT more exspensive than rival stores! Rude! Where has customer service gone!

We bought our first pram here and came back for a compact stroller. Excellent service and attention to detail. Add to that a bargain and you can't go wrong!
